Wine Club FAQ
When am I billed?
For our semi-annual releases (April and September), your card on file will be charged on the day the wines become available for pickup or shipping. We will always send an email in advance with the exact billing date for each release.
Community Subscription: When is my $20 charged?
Community members are charged $20 on the 1st of each month. That amount becomes store credit toward wine purchases. You can spend your monthly credit or save it for later— it never expires.
Can I customize my release?
Yes. Members of The Friends (6-bottle) and The Family (12-bottle) clubs can customize the wines in their release shipment. Customization details and timing will be sent by email for each release.
Can I skip a release?
Yes, you can skip one release as long as you let us know before cards are charged. Please contact us as soon as possible after the release email goes out.
How do free tastings work for Friends and Family?
The Friends includes 12 free tastings for you and a guest, and The Family includes 24 free tastings for you and a guest. These free tastings reset on January 1st each year.
Do club perks apply online and in the tasting room?
Yes. Club perks and discounts apply both online and in the tasting room.
What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you participate in at least two releases. After that, you can cancel at any time by contacting us here: https://dahlmancellars.com/contact/.
How long do you hold release wines for pickup?
We can hold release wines for up to 90 days. After 90 days, if specific wines are sold out, we will substitute with a comparable current release.
After 6 months, we consider unclaimed wines abandoned and will donate the wines. If you need more time, please reach out—we’re happy to help when we can.
